Founded in 1991 as EWGA and rebranded in 2018, the LPGA Amateur Golf Association is an international organization that brings women together for golf and for fun; the Seattle Chapter was established in 1993 and is one of over 115 local chapters around the US and in 4 other countries. Seattle Chapter Charities

EWGA is a non-profit organization that seeks to create positive change for issues important to women golfers and to promote the growth of women's golf. As such, proceeds from Seattle Chapter tournaments, raffles, and other events are donated to the charities listed below.

LPGA-USGA Girls Golf
The LPGA-USGA Girls Golf is a non-profit developmental junior golf program designed for girls ages 6 -18. It was formed specifically to create a network for girls to learn to play golf, build friendships, and compete in a non-threatening environment. 

The local chapter of the
 LPGA-USGA Girls Golf Club, the First Tee Seattle receives proceeds from the Seattle Chapter's drawing and auction at the Tee-Off event held in April.
